This policy applies to all installation services scheduled through www.siriiusxservices.com, by phone, or by email with Siriius Services.

We only provide installation services. We do not sell or warranty any products, and therefore cannot issue refunds or accept returns for any materials or equipment purchased elsewhere.

2. Cancellations by Customers

We understand that plans can change.
To ensure smooth scheduling, please note the following:

  • Free Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment at least 24 hours in advance with no cancellation fee.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a service call or cancellation fee to cover technician time and scheduling costs.
  • No-Show Policy: If our technician arrives at your location and you are unavailable or the site is inaccessible, a trip charge may apply.

3. Cancellations by Siriius Services

We may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to:

  • Unsafe or inaccessible work environments
  • Severe weather conditions or emergencies
  • Technician availability or unforeseen circumstances

If we cancel your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Refunds for Installation Services

Since our services involve on-site labor and time, completed installation services are non-refundable once performed.

However, a refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • You made a payment in advance, and the service has not yet been scheduled or performed.
  • A duplicate charge or billing error occurred.

All approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Product-Related Issues

Siriius Services is not responsible for product defects, malfunctions, or compatibility issues.

We do not issue refunds or accept returns for any third-party products.

6. Quality Guarantee

While we do not warranty third-party products, we stand behind the quality of our installation work.
